  • Full Refund: If a refund request is made within 3 days from the payment date, the full amount will be refunded after deducting 18% applicable GST.
  • Partial Refund: If a refund request is made after 7 days from the appointment and treatment plan being shared, only 50% of the payment will be refunded, after deducting 18% GST from the refundable amount.
  • No Refund: There will be no refunds on purchased dietary supplements under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription or services at any time, but refunds will be processed based on the conditions mentioned above.
  • If cancellation occurs after the treatment plan has been shared, only a partial refund will be issued as per the policy.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
