Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within **24-48 business hours** after approval. Banks may take an additional **2-7 business days** to reflect the amount.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Customers must share valid bank account details
  • Refunds will be transferred via bank transfer within 3-5 business days

B. Return & Replacement Policy

1. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product

We request customers to record an **uncut opening video** while opening the shipment package. This helps us verify transit-related claims.

2. Important Conditions

  • Claims without opening video evidence may not be accepted
  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return
  • Products must be returned with original packaging, seals, labels, and invoice

3. Steps to Raise a Return/Replacement Request

1. Contact customer support within **3 days** of delivery

   * Invoice copy
3. After verification, replacement or refund will be initiated

4. Replacement Availability

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

  • No Refund: Refund requests made after 7 days from sharing the appointment and treatment plan will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No Refund (Supplement): There will be no refunds on purchased dietary supplements under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription or services at any time, but refunds will be processed based on the conditions mentioned above.
  • If cancellation occurs after the treatment plan has been shared, only a partial refund will be issued as per the policy.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
